I am missing an item, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!). If you still have not received your full order please contact us here – info@monstr.com.au

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item please ensure the items are in a brand new condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. If you decide to return any item(s), you must return the item(s) to us within 7 days starting from date of delivery in order to receive a full refund.

When posting your return, please ensure you retain proof of postage. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method once the parcel is processed by Monstr Clothing. 

Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your payment method. A refund will only be issued once the items have been received and inspected by Monstr Clohting. 

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 7 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.
